Topco Education

At Topco, we believe employee development is a key component to the growth of our business. We provide education assistance and tuition reimbursement to those employees who wish to pursue higher learning in their fields. For our repair and service departments, Topco and SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Calgary have partnered up to develop a proprietary training program for our service technicians exclusive to Topco! We believe that an organization that promotes continuous learning is one that will remain competitive in a dynamic market environment.

Where are you located?

We have eight convenient locations throughout Alberta. There are two in Edmonton, Red Deer, Clairmont and one in Redcliff and Calgary.

What about your benefits?

Is drug testing mandatory?

Yes. According to company policy, all potential new hires go through, at our expense, drug, alcohol and physical testing to ensure that he or she is fit for work.

Because each position is different, wages will vary. However, it is important to Topco to provide competitive wages within the industry.
